Chris Shiels, PMP
Principal
Chris Shiels is an engineering, construction management and program management professional with 17 years of experience in both public and private civil and railroad construction and maintenance. He is a true subject matter expert and industry leader in providing railroad infrastructure solutions, ranging from light-rail passenger, to heavy-rail freight and logistics. A skilled safety mentor who drives towards a proactive problem solving approach, Chris has expertise in analyzing complex problems to attain workable solutions, on time and under budget. He is a proven leader, and is highly experienced and well versed is completing complex projects within existing operational conditions, while being able to manage multiple stakeholders through the process. He is able to effectively manage multiple high priority projects at a programmatic level and possesses excellent staff management and negotiation skills.
Samuel Sowko, P.E., PMP, CCM
Principal
Samuel Sowko is an engineering, construction, project and program management professional with 12 years of experience in both public and private industries delivering large and small scale projects throughout the Bay Area. He brings a wide range of expertise from infrastructure, facilities and transportation from a breadth of different clientele on both the private and public sectors. His experience both as a design and construction professional has given him the solid foundation and success within his project and program management. He has a true understanding of project delivery and lifecycle of not only projects but the assets which they create and the maintenance it takes to keep them in a state of good repair. He is professional, assertive, punctual and a trusting member of any team. He believes in working with others is a vital component to success in this industry, and exhibits this in my team-first attitude. He enjoys working with others to deliver projects on time, on budget, accurately, and above all, safely.
